Due to hand made nature of product there may be slightly variation in color and\or craftsmanship.
We don’t accept Cash on Delivery Orders (COD).
We are delivering packages national as well as global through reputed courier services like DTDC, Delivery, Track on, Blue dart, DHL, FedEx etc.
Shipping time usually vary depending on post code and area of delivery .
Shipping cost will be as per volumetric weight.

However, in case packaging of the product is found tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at our customer care number +91-9650205945. We shall ensure the replacement at the earliest.
Important Note: We offer delivery at the earliest within a week time. But sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, delivery of your package might get delayed. So we request all our customers to place their order well in advance preferably 10-12 days of your event, to avoid last minute hassles.
