Returns & Shipping Policy

Customer should raise the return request within 2 days of receiving the order and will have to self ship the product back with original packing and labels to our dispatch centre address (mentioned in contact us).

U have to include the photo of your damaged product in email or whatsapp.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

• If damaged product received
• If wrong product received

In case if only one or two accessories are damaged or missing in a set, we will dispatch a new accessory of that set to your address and the whole order will not be eligible for return.

Please be sure that all the items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unused and in their original condition with all original packing and tags intact. Any product that was damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return.

Items that seems to be used/damaged/altered or tags removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Email us with images of the return product with packing and tag to accept the return.

Once we receive the product back in the prescribed condition, we will initiate the refund to the source account within a week time.

International Return Policy:   

Please note that we are not accepting any return request for international orders.

Order Status and Tracking:

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once we receive the payment.

Once the order has been dispatched an email confirmation will be sent to you along with the tracking number. Customer may check and track the delivery status of order with our logistic partner.

 Customization:

We at Saumakshi Designs provide our buyers wide range of options in all most all categories. We also provide an option for customization to our buyers. We can customize almost all the items in colour, size, and design as per specific design of the buyers.
